At Two Tides Collective, every piece is handcrafted to order here in Australia. Here's everything you need to know about production and delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, no size restrictions, no surprises at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Production time

Every piece is custom made to order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for your piece to be printed, mat-cut, and framed before it's dispatched. Production times may vary slightly during busy or seasonal periods; any change will be noted on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Metro areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: a few additional business days
• Rural / remote areas: may take longer — exact timeframes can't always be guaranteed

In total, most orders arrive within 8–16 working days from the date of order, depending on your location.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracked courier delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey the whole way.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event something is lost or damaged in transit, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Gift orders

Ordering as a gift? No pricing, invoices, or receipts are included in the packaging — just the piece itself, ready to give.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch at support@twotidescollective.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you right away.
