Made to order, not made to sit in a warehouse

Every piece is handcrafted only once it's ordered — nothing is mass-produced or held as pre-made stock waiting to sell. That means no overproduction, no unsold inventory ending up in landfill, and no piece made unless someone genuinely wants it.

Built to last for decades, not years

Every frame is solid wood, every mat is acid- and lignin-free, and every backing board is pH-neutral — materials chosen specifically because they resist the yellowing, warping, and deterioration that cheaper framing succumbs to within a few years. A piece built to last decades, rather than needing replacement, is one of the simplest forms of sustainability there is: less waste, less repurchasing, less landfill.
